I’m still dreaming about what it would take to actually do something like this. This is a 50 mile Ultra Marathon called the Twin Peaks Ultra. It’s in the local mountains of Orange County along trails that I have mountain biked for years.
This race is February 2, 2008. I don’t think I could be ready in time. We’ll see.

Bmoe sent over this article from Yahoo News on the dangers of wearing Crocs. Click here to read it. It looks like it goes beyond the danger of bad fashion. It’s not like Dave cares about fashion though. Long live Crocs!

After work I ran the Modjeska Grade (AKA the Luge) for an hour. On the trail I saw a few critters and snapped a picture of this guy below. On the run I was having a few ankle and knee pops. I think my new shoes are closer than I was expecting! Yessssssss!!
