Motor Tabs Monday
24 is almost over. Jack Bauer is back and he is ruining my rest.
Today began chilly with another morning in the pool and ended with a sunset run in 80 degree weather. I am super glad I had the peace of mind to rehydrate with my Motor Tabs. The evening run was a blast and I ready for the morning ride up to PV.
