OutsideAllDay.com is back in action

Friends, we are sorry for the hiatus, life and work for Dave, Matt and I has been a little hectic.

- Dave just finished his Master’s Degree in Education and has been racing his MTB.
- Matt just found out that him and Becky and prego and has been training for the Xterra series.
- Julie and I have been chasing 2 boys around non-stop (in-between the mayhem I’ve been kicking her butt in ping pong) and been riding my road bike all over Loveland and Fort Collins.

But all of that to say, we are back in action, no more weeks upon weeks without posting.

Julie has personally been on a racing spree. This season she has done a 5k and 2 half marathons. Next week she is doing the Bolder Boulder and then right to the Loveland Lake to Lake Olympic Distance Triathlon. As of last week she is committed to doing the Oceanside Half Ironman in March 2010. She’s unstoppable.

For anyone who is curious how my Estes Park Cycling Camp went the ride up was fantastic. Amazing weather, beautiful scenery and super challenging climbing. But over night the weather turned bad and we had to descend and come home early without any additional riding. The weekend was still a success and I met a ton of nice people. I fell in love with yoga at camp and have been practicing twice a week.
