Check out the video’s at: http://tnfvideo.com/
Most sure why they don’t allow you to embed video’s but oh well. Lot’s of video to watch with great quality.

Trail Run – Orange County Chili Winter
Last month over 200 people headed out to O’Neill Regional park for the first of three OC Chili Winter runs. Fun city. Lots of compliments to the crew for putting together a fantastic trail run. Grab your gear and head out this Saturday, March 13.
My weekend volunteering with Homeless Gear
This past Saturday I spent a few hours volunteering at a collections location for Homeless Gear. They had us stationed in front of REI in Fort Collins. I had 2 other guys helping me with the booth, Hayden a 17 year old high school cross country runner and Travis, a 20 something college student attending CSU. Hanging with these guys made the time fly and I enjoyed getting to know both of them.
During our shift we had numerous conversations with folks walking in and out of REI. We also collected massive amounts of used outdoor gear from people that knew we would be there (the first Saturday of ever month from 12 – 4). It was fun to be apart of.
The thing that struck me the most was the guys I was volunteering with, young guys with social lives but with huge hearts to help others in their community. I hope I get to meet them again soon.
This Saturday I’m helping out at a drop off location in Fort Collins. We will be distributing clothing to families. 60% of the homeless population in Colorado in families. That stat hits me hard.

Free sports nutrition seminar in Fort Collins
My local team, Velo-One is hosting a free sports nutrition seminar on March 26 at 6pm with Dr. Jason Barker. He’s a good guy and rides on the race team. He’s been super kind to lend me advice on my cholesterol levels.
I’ll be there cause I’m fat!

Cyclocross in Fort Collins this fall
Our friends over at YourGrouRide.com are working with Peloton Cycles and the Fort Collins Cycling Team to bring cyclocross back to Fort Collins this fall.
You might be aware of a group that’s working pretty hard to bring bike racing back to Fort Collins. Called the NCCE – or Northern Colorado Cycling Events – the group is dedicated to developing a thriving cycling race culture in northern Colorado. Through a lot of hard work and dedication from quite a few of your local cycling guys, 2010 is already shaping up to be a monumental year for having fun on the bicycles up here. Recently we’ve added another exciting event – an ACA sanctioned cyclocross race. I won’t go into details on the process, but of 26 available race dates, the ACA had over 100 race date requests. With that kind of response, the ACA was initially set to allocate the dates to promoters that had already proven themselves. Had the ACA had stuck to their original intention, we would have been long off the list. But they didn’t. And we have a date.
