What The Heck Is Outside All Day?
Background:
Outside All Day is a grass roots organization created to promote the distribution of information about various activities for outdoor enthusiasts. The Web site is the primary medium used to inform readers about upcoming events and to build a community (Leave a comment »). We’re into hiking, mountain biking, Cyclocross racing, triathlons, running, swimming, camping, backpacking, rafting, snowboarding and a host of other activities. We’re sure many more people out there share our interests and we want to keep them interested and motivate them to get outside.
OutsideAllDay.com was dreamed up because we know people just like us form whom the out-of-doors is an escape when we sometimes find ourselves trapped indoors behind a computer. We want to help take some of the guesswork out of shopping online for outdoor products. We’ve subscribed to hundreds of promotional newsletters, view dozens of outdoor sites a day and talk to friends working in outdoor industries (and industry insiders) to find the best deals on the products you need. While we are at it, we hope to make you laugh and inspire you to get out from behind your desk and go outside. There’s no political agenda here, no mandatory meetings. We just want to enjoy the outdoors. We want to get outside. We have to be outside!
