Homeless Gear update
Two weekends ago I helped out with a Homeless Gear and the Children In Need distribution day at the Murphy Center for Hope in Fort Collins. We volunteered around 4 hours and served 127 people and 74 children. We found out from the organizers after the event that we served a large homeless population within the Poudre School District. Tons of little kids came through that day.
I spent the majority of my time in a back room with 4 other volunteers organizing and inventorying clothing to be distributed. Some of the most specials moments where when a family would walk back to us in the warehouse and looking for a special size or garment. It was a great feeling to be able to smile and help them find what they needed.

If you ever have clothing you would like to donate, you can drop it off with me anytime.
