In between Everest expeditions and El Cap ascents Andy finds the time to post about his outside adventures on OutsideAllDay.com. Ummmm, actually, it probably goes more like, in between changing diapers and returning email for his day job Andy stays up super late posting tails of his weekend warriors endeavors and average age group triathlon finishes.

Sheek teaches the world by day (2nd grade) and indulges in riding or any other form of outdoor activity by night. He wishes he was Lance or had the Lungs of Ned Overrend but instead he is just an insanely competitive asthmatic who is passionate about cycling and all types of outdoor gear. Sheek has been titled a gear junkie multiple times, and loves it but his credit card does not.

While working from home Matt has figured out how to get in a few workouts during the time he used to drive to work. Matt is driven by his appreciation for food and tends to workout in hopes of finishing his workout with a big meal.
